Help Gun Safety Candidates Get Elected In 2026
Candidates for the State House and State Senate knock thousands of doors to introduce themselves to voters. It’s a key part of campaigning, and takes up a lot of a candidate’s time on the campaign trail. Candidates can reach twice as many doors if they have someone to drive them. And you can volunteer to help them, without having to speak to voters yourself. This is a great way to be able to talk to incoming legislators about issues that matter to you, especially gun safety.
Shanna Cox is a longtime community and economic development leader and small business owner in Lewiston. She has spent her career bringing people together across differences to solve real problems — supporting employers, strengthening neighborhoods, and helping communities navigate change. She is running for the State Senate seat serving Lewiston and its surrounding towns.
