Governance

Our two organizations focus solely on reducing gun violence. Our members include responsible gun owners, healthcare professionals, educators, parents, grandparents, and other concerned citizens focused on gun safety, not gun control.

• MAINE GUN SAFETY COALITION, a 501.c.4 organization, advocates in the Maine Legislature and Congress for practical gun safety legislation and increased personal responsibility.

• MAINE GUN SAFETY COALITION FOUNDATION, a 501.c.3 organization, shares research on gun violence and its consequences and provides programs and information on effective tools to improve gun safety.
