• We advocate for gun safety by initiating and supporting evidence-based, common-sense state and federal gun legislation.

• We raise awareness about gun violence, specifically gun violence related to domestic violence, suicides, and accidents. We also suggest solutions that would help prevent these tragedies.

Maine Gun Safety Coalition Foundation, an independent 501.c.3 nonprofit organization, protects our communities by collaborating with our partners including law enforcement, healthcare providers, gun owners and fellow citizens by providing education and programs.
